Transform307 Small Group Fitness Classes are FULL 60 MINUTE small group personal training sessions designed for those looking for well rounded strength & conditioning. We encourage ALL levels of fitness to join us for this high energy class designed to move you closer to your goals!

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

The sky is the limit with this class, as we incorporate every SAFE exercise imaginable, including: body weight, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, sandbags, stability balls, bands, sleds, tires, bars, boxes, ropes, suspension straps, machines, ladders, cones, and the list goes on. A wide variety of exercise styles and variations are also used including straight sets, combinations, circuits of all types, tabata, intervals, etc. We never repeat the same workout twice, which helps keep your mind fresh and your body challenged!

Class size is limited to small numbers so you are sure to receive quality and personalized attention, while still enjoying the camaraderie of a small group of people just like you! Our priority is your safety, so we use a great deal of time and patience to ensure proper form and technique are used at all times. This class also accommodates ALL fitness levels through highly educated and experienced coaching modification.
